Leo’s relationship with systems started early. By 16, he was pulling apart computer hardware, chasing the fix nobody else wanted to bother with — the instinct to find what’s broken and make it work better.

That instinct found an unexpected home in energy work and Feng Shui. Trained under respected teachers including Lillian Too in Malaysia and Peter Leung in Hong Kong, Leo built a practice advising high-net-worth clients across India, Dubai, London, Amsterdam, Singapore, Jakarta, and Hong Kong. Since 2000 — first as Holistic Studio, then as Mind Spa Private Limited from 2010 — he’s read spaces and systems of a different kind, always asking the same underlying question: what’s the architecture here, and how do you fix what isn’t flowing? He continues to actively run this practice today.

In January 2026, a cyberfraud incident hit close to home — a firsthand look at how badly systems fail people in the moments they need protection most. It reignited the tinkerer from years ago. Leo turned that experience into momentum, diving into AI, software, and systems design with the same hands-on curiosity that started it all.
